Boxing Technique
Here is the basics of boxing which you might want to incorporate into your daily workout should you not have the time of getting yourself a trainer.its also going to instill confidence in your ability to get yourself out of messy situations

*    Single jab or double jab
*    Low right jab followed by right high jab
*    Inside right jab followed by outside right hook
*    Right jab followed by right back fist
*    Right jab followed by left cross or left hook
*    High right jab followed by low left cross
*    Low right jab,high left hook,high left cross
*    Outside high right jab,left low cross or hook to low right hook
*    High right jab,low left cross,high left hook
*    Low left cross,right jab to high left hook
*    Low right jab,high right hook or jab and low left cross or hook
*    Low right jab, high left cross,high right hook and low left hook
*    High right jab, high left cross or hook, high right hook, high left cross and low right hook
*    High inside right jab, high centre right jab, high right hook, low left cross
*    Low right jab, high right hook, low left cross,high right hook
*    High right jab, high right hook, high left cross, low right hook
*    High right jab, medium right jab, high right hook, low inside left cross
*    Low right jab,high right hook, low right jab


TIPS
§  High means head and low means body
§  Practice combo over and over again to develop speed
§  Try all combinations from simple jab crosses to multiple combos with jabs,crosses,hooks and upper cut.
§  Add feint instead of jab and perform subsequent the strike.
§  Try punch on moving heavy bags which teaches to focus power at various angle on a moving object.
§  You could take three every week for 30 minutes or more everyday
