TIPS

to develop speed
§ Try all combinations from simple jab
crosses to multiple combos with jabs,crosses,hooks and upper cut.
§ Add feint instead of jab and
perform subsequent the strike.
§ Try punch on moving heavy bags
which teaches to focus power at various angle on a moving object.
§ You could take three every week for
30 minutes or more everyday
